We ship books within the continental U.S. 

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of your order date.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

We ship USPS and/or UPS. Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight. You can find out your actual shipping cost at check out. Prices on Lovebook.store/Love Book Store are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. All applicable customer fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Lovebook.store/Love Book Store, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If the order tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier – depending on the shipping method selected and address the issue directly with them. 

Lovebook.store/Love Book Store does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Refund Policy

When a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned and the money refunded. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order. If you submit an incorrect address you will be responsible for all costs of reshipment fees. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for production and shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $2 processing fee + original shipping fee before credit is issued. 

We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The return process:

For returns, please email contact@lovebook.store with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Customer Support will provide instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
